Day-to-day eating habits are essential in order to maintain optimal health and top athletic performance. Making the right food choices will not only fuel the athlete but will also enhance recovery. Compromised athletic performance results when an athlete fails to eat appropriately on a continual basis.
SEG's Registered Dietitian will not only provide athletes with instruction and education on healthy eating habits, but also tailor eating guidelines to sports-specific training, events, or competitions. One-on-one consultations will help the athlete maximize their performance and improve their overall health. Through an in-depth interview, the Dietitian will investigate nutritional areas of concern and work with the athlete to create a nutrition plan that will fit their training schedules and the intensity of their workouts.

A one-hour nutrition session with the Dietitian to assess an athlete's current dietary habits and provide instruction/education on how to eat optimally for better performance and improved health.
- Comprehensive Nutrition Package
Includes two one-hour sessions and offers a more in-depth nutrition plan tailored to the athlete's personal dietary needs.
- Complete Nutrition Combo Package
This includes four sessions that will encompass individualized nutrition plans with specific shopping lists, recipes, caloric budgets, etc. This package is ideal for athletes who need weekly follow-ups and consistent monitoring in order to achieve their nutrition goals. Athletes with any specific medical concerns (i.e. diabetes, weight reduction, weight gain, etc.) are advised to take advantage of this nutrition package as weekly appointments help the athlete to be held accountable and focused on reaching their nutrition goals while also addressing any ongoing questions or concerns.
